Vector - Legal and ethical aspects
Unauthorized attribution
The following assets will be rejected:
- Assets containing a signature, watermark, or any other identification of the author. Signatures or comments related to Freepik (e.g., "designed by Freepik" or "selected by Freepik") are also not allowed.
- Watermarks from mobile cameras or derived from the use of artificial intelligence will not be accepted.
- If a QR code is included as an element of the design, it should not direct to any page or contain information. Similarly, proper names and addresses used to give meaning to the design must be fictitious.

Trademark. Copyright
The following guidelines apply to asset submissions:
- Assets containing individuals who have not given their consent to be photographed will not be accepted.
- Assets that include designs with copyright, registered trademarks, personal information, or other legal aspects will not be accepted.
- Graphic assets containing copyrighted architectural works may be accepted, provided they are not the main focus of the composition and comply with the freedom of panorama law established in the country to which the architectural work belongs.
- Graphic assets containing artworks (graffiti, sculptures, etc.) may be accepted, as long as they are not the main focus of the composition.

Plagiarism
All graphic assets plagiarized from other authors will be rejected. The submission of assets must be entirely original and self-created. If it is found that the submitted content does not adhere to this condition, the contributor's account will be permanently blocked.
The following aspects will be taken into account:
- Element reuse: even minimal reuse of elements from other authors is considered plagiarism. Graphic assets containing previously published elements or reusing assets with CC0 licenses to create a new asset will not be accepted.
- Inspiration: recreating graphic assets inspired by the works of other authors is also considered plagiarism.
- Collaborative sessions and joint work: graphic assets that contain elements, scenes, or models shared with other contributors are considered plagiarism. Visual assets that utilize shared assets may be accepted if they show clear distinctions in all possible aspects during post-production, including composition, framing, lighting, colors, actions, themes, etc. Originality in content is crucial, as failing to meet this requirement may result in the account being blocked.
In case of suspected plagiarism, an investigation will be conducted to determine whether the account should be blocked.

Sensitive Content
Assets containing or promoting inappropriate behavior will be rejected:
- Graphic assets that are politically offensive or that could be used for malicious purposes will not be accepted. For example, graffiti advocating racism.
- Graphic assets promoting explicit drug consumption will not be accepted.
- Graphic assets promoting explicit violence will not be accepted.
- Graphic assets that are sexually explicit, contain nudity, or objectify individuals will not be accepted.
- Graphic assets containing animals in circuses will not be accepted.
