Automatic rejections

Sometimes your resources may be rejected automatically by the system because of the reasons below. If this happens, you can fix the errors indicated and resubmit the correct files for our team to review it.

Filetype not valid

The file is not valid because it is not an EPS or a JPG or it is saved as JPG/EPS but the system does not recognize it as such.

Duplicate

Duplicated assets refer to those with identical content or repetitions. Assets that have been previously submitted will not be accepted. It is essential to note that repeatedly sending the same assets will not increase the likelihood of their publication.

Preview file doesn’t exist

If the EPS file doesn’t have a preview joint to it (the file’s preview must have the same name).

Min dimensions not reached

Both vectors and photos must have a minimum of 2000 px in dimensions.

Max dimensions exceeded

Both vectors and photos must have a maximum of 10000 px in dimensions.

Filesize exceeded

Both vectors and photos must have a maximum size of 80 MB.

Corrupted file

This file is damaged due to an error in the upload or because the file is corrupted.

Vector file not found

Cannot find the EPS file.

Min filesize not reached

• Vectors: 0.5 MB
• Photos: 1.5 MB
• PSD: 1.5 MB

Files without Metadata

This message is sent so that the contributor can add the metadata and submit the files again. If you have used a CSV file or the FTP method to upload your files, consider checking the original document. The correction period is 10 days; if this time is exceeded, the resources will be rejected automatically.

Sensitive content/Resource not suitable for publication

The asset is not valid because it contains or promotes inappropriate behavior. Such as politically offensive or sexually explicit content, drug consumption or explicit violence promotion and any content that could be used for malicious purposes.
