PSD - Issues with the preview image
Error in the file
These are files that, once uploaded, exhibit loading issues, visual display problems, low compression, or artifacts. Assets created with inappropriate technical equipment or containing defects due to the device, file, or format will be rejected. This includes graphic assets generated by artificial intelligence whose resolution does not allow for clear viewing and may contain residues or errors caused by the AI process.

The file doesn't match the preview image
The preview image of the asset does not correspond to the content of the editable file. It is advised to use accurate and cautious presentations to avoid creating misleading expectations between the information shown in the preview image and what the user downloads.
For instance, sometimes, the file may contain a color layer that makes it impossible to provide a preview image of the actual content.
Label 'Image not included'
The preview image must include a label with the 'image not included' text. This means that the asset does not contain the sample photo used to exemplify its design. If this label is missing, the asset may be rejected, as it can confuse the end user who wants to use the asset.
Additionally, the asset may be rejected if the text 'image not included' is added erroneously, for example, when the design preview does not contain any image.

Low-quality Preview
The preview image (JPG) attached to the PSD is pixelated or has a very low resolution.
Low Resolution
The image contained in the PSD file (particularly in the case of cutouts) is of very low quality or is completely pixelated.
